14	15	16 Coaches 3S Meeting Tuesday, 6:00pm CDT-8:30pm CDT Here are the essential details: Date: April 16th Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm Location: Fox Valley Technical College Room: C190 AB Entrance: 15 Parking Lot: North Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY, encompassing vital training and information necessary for a successful and safe season. While the primary focus will be on safety protocols, we will also cover various areas such as volunteering opportunities, player fundraising initiatives, Opening Day plans, player/team pictures, and more. Additionally, managers and coaches can meet with their commissioners to go over division-specific rules and expectations, distribute paperwork, and address any queries. However, if you have previously attended a safety meeting or are no longer interested in coaching this season, please ignore this reminder. For those unable to attend because of unavoidable circumstances, please email your respective commissioner.
